We are only a week away from the big day!!! Here are a few reminders about all we have coming up this week!!!
-Reminder December tuition is now Past Due...all tuition now has a $10 late fee, please be sure to get your tuition into the studio or pay using PayPal or Venmo to academyofdance01@gmail.com
-Attached is the Final Program Check...I'll be printing up the programs on Wednesday so I don't hear by then I will be unable to make any other changes.
-Wednesday is the Spacing rehearsal at the C.R. Hamilton indoor Pavillion located at 3700 W. 13800 S. Riverton. Here is the schedule for the spacing rehearsal. Please have all dancers wearing all black and their hair needs to be pulled up and out of their faces. Also dancers need to bring their dance shoes they will be wearing for the recital.

-Reminders for the recital/rehearsal:
-Dress Rehearsal: Monday December 19th 4:00-6:00 P.M. @ Riverton High School
-Recital: Monday December 19th the show will start at 6:30 P.M. @ Riverton High School.
-All dancers need to be back stage ready to go by 6:15
-If your dancer needs help changing parents can go backstage to help them. please go backstage through a side or back door, do not try to come up on stage to go back to your dancer.
-Be sure to label EVERYTHING...(unless you are wearing a costume that will be exchanged after the recital do to shipping delays) Initials or names in costumes, shoes and tights can help girls keep track of their things.
-All girls need to arrive to the dress rehearsal in their first costume or only costume they will be wearing in the recital. They need to have all of their other costumes with them ready to change into for the dress rehearsal and recital. Please also come in stage make-up. Mascara, dark eye shadow, eye liner, bright blush, bright lip stick.

Sr. Academy-D.J. Song white and geometric vest with white harem pants and black converse high tops.
-After the 2-3 yr olds and the 3-4 yr olds perform I will bring them to the front of the stage to then sit with their family during the recital. After the 2nd to last dance I will call for all little dancers to make their way back stage to line up for the finale'
-I will have the front row tapped off, one parent per dancer can come down during their dancer's dance/s and take pictures or video. This allows parents to have front row pics no matter where your seats are for the recital. I will also have the first few rows of the left side facing the stage tapped off for my family...if you get there before I have time to tape it off please leave those rows open...thanks!!!
-Please remember absolutely No food or drink in the auditorium, there are lots of seating areas out side of the auditorium please use those areas for eating or drinking.
-Winter break is Tuesday December 20th-January 1st Classes will resume on Monday January 2nd!!!
-I am so excited for these girls and boys to have an opportunity to share all that they have learned so far this year, thank you so much for sharing your dancers with me!!! Hope that you all have a great Holiday Season!!!
