URGENT DRESS REHEARSAL CHANGES!!!

Dear Parents,

I received news today that despite scheduling the recital dates back in August the school has double booked us. I have gone back and forth with the district and the school trying to work this out. In an effort to keep the dates the same we are going to have to move the DRESS REHEARSAL (Monday December 12th) to South Hills Middle School located at 13508 S. 4000 W. It will still be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. South Hills is the Middle School just West of Bangerter and very close to the studio.

The RECITAL times and location will remain the same (Herriman High School from 6:00-7:00 but the girls will need to arrive by 5:30 so that we can be sure to start right on time.) There will be an orchestra concert directly following our recital so we will need to leave the auditorium directly following the recital.

I sincerely apologize for the change, I have stressed out and tried my best to make this work.Thanks for your understanding, I hope that this doesn't throw anyone off too much.

December Tuition Now Due

All tuition received after the 10th will receive a $10 late fee

Tumbling will only be held December 6th for the month of December

Tumbling classes will resume January 3rd.

There will be an extra practice for Academy A (Thursday 4:30-8:00 class) and Academy B (Wednesday 5:30-8:00) classes

The extra practice will be Saturday December 10th Academy B will meet from 9:00-10:30 am and Academy A will meet from 10:30-12:00 p.m.

Dress Rehearsal Monday December 12th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Herriman High School

Dance Recital Tuesday December 13th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. the girls will need to arrive at the high school by 5:30 p.m.

Reminder There will not be dance classes Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th due to the dress rehearsal and the recital.

There will be regular classes Wednesday the 14th and Thursday the 15th.

Christmas break will be Monday December 20th-January 1st

Classes will Resume on Monday January 2nd

Here are pictures of most of the costumes. Academy A and B are in a different catalog and their website wouldn't let me steal pictures to post. If you go here it should take you to the catalog. Academy A's costumes are style number #2472 and Academy B's costumes are #7575 hopefully this will help!

The rest of the costumes below are posted for each class. Reminder Academy C, B and A will have the same hip hop costumes that will also be their team sweats. So I will be having them monogramed with the studio name as well as their name or nick name. and reminder that if the girls already have the black hip hop pants from last year they can use them again this year.

Also quick reminder costume money is due by Thursday Sept. 8th. If you need to work out a payment plan please let me know.

Christmas Recital Dates and Costume info!

Parents,
Due to issues with getting costumes on time last year I am
going to be ordering earlier to ensure that we are able to receive our
costumes with enough time to make exchanges before the recital. I have
been assured from the catalog that I order from that they have worked
out the issues on their end, but I don't want to chance anything.
Below I have broken down the costume schedule. If you are interested
in paying the costume money in installments please let me know and I
am more then happy to work with you.

Costume money is due by September 8th. Also there may be some

changes to the hip hop costumes for Academy B and C I will keep

you posted once all the costumes get picked.

Also The Christmas Recital date is set for December 12th for the dress rehearsal and December 13th for the recital. They will both be at Herriman High School and will both be from 6:00-7:30! I am really looking forward to being able to have our concert here again!

If you miss pictures please feel free to contact the photographer to possibly get a photo from the dress rehearsal, she may be able to work something out to help!

Schedule Change

Please note that there is a schedule change. I have had an overwhelming demand for the 5-6 yr old Academy class. As such I have made some slight changes to the Wednesday and one of the Monday classes to make room for an Academy E class 4-7 yr Academy class.

Spring Recital Dates

Dress Rehearsal: June 2^nd 5:00-6:30

Dance Recital: June 3^rd 6:00-7:00 (girls need to arrive ½ hr prior to the recital)

Recital FEE

There is a $15.00 recital fee due by April 22^nd. This allows us to have a ticket free recital (YEAH!) There is a late fee for recital fee’s received after the 22^nd.

Lost and Found

I will be taking all the items in the lost and found to the D.I. April30th. Please be sure to go though it before it is gone for good!

I will have the fall schedule ready by April 15^{th (YEAH!!!)}. I will be doing an early registration for returning students until the 22^nd and then I will open up registration to new students. If you register before May 1^st the registration fee will only be $15 instead of the usual $20.
