I have more girls lose costume items the night of dress rehearsal then any other time. 

Dress Rehearsal Info.

6:00-8:00 pm 

@ Riverton High School 

We will run the Finale' first then run the the concert in order. 

All girls in only one or two dance are welcome to leave after they have performed.

Academy C, B, A and Senior will need to stay til the end in case we need to rerun one of your dances. 

Please be sure that when you leave you have everything and that you leave the dressing room and other room's in the same condition you found them. Last concert there were huge messes after both the dress rehearsal and the concert.  

Recital Info. 

Girls need to arrive at the high school at 6:00 pm completely ready to dance 

The concert will start right at 6:30 pm 

@ Riverton High School 

Reminder I will have the first few rows of the left side taped off for my family and for teachers and their families. 

Also I will again have the front row taped off for one parent per dancer to come up during their dance to get front row pictures. Thanks to parents for always being so respectful about coming up quickly and quietly. 

If you daughter is in one of the 2-4 yr old classes I will bring them to the front of the stage after they perform. Those girls can then sit with parents until after the dance "I CAN" I will call for all girls in the audience to come forward at that time to get lined up for the finale'. Please keep young dancers seated with families, they have a tendency to want to come and play at the front of the stage. 

Please also remember absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINK in the auditorium. 

We are using the Riverton High Facility for the first time and we want to be sure that we get the opportunity again. I appreciate your help:) 

Thanks again for another AMAZING year, I am so excited to get to see these beautiful girls up on that stage! Every year I am more and more impressed with their progress and this year is no different.

Picture Day Times and Location info.

Parents, 

            Picture day is coming up next Saturday May 11th. We will be having pictures at "The Cove" at Herriman Springs.

 Directions are you take 13400 S. and head west to 6400 W (Rose Canyon Rd.) and turn left

 continue until you get to 13875 S. and Turn right 

keep heading west until 6900 W.

Pass the pond on the south side of the road and park on the road west of the pond the pictures will be on the west side of the road heading into Herriman Springs. 

Below are picture times for each class. We will be doing one team picture in one costume but if you are interested in having individuals in each additional costume I know that Kevin has several picture packages, and has allotted time for those wanting to take advantage of this option. 

If you are not planning on buying pictures please still bring girls for the team shot. If you will not be there due to other conflicts please let me know via e-mail. Also I will be sending home flyers in the next couple of days please be sure to bring these with you to pictures or get them to me before pictures.
